Bruce Lewis, PGA

PGA Professional. Pebble Beach Golf Academy Instructor. Club Fitter. Coach.

Bruce Lewis brings decades of PGA instruction and club fitting experience to helping golfers understand their swing, their equipment and their game.

Bruce was one of the original instructors at the Pebble Beach Golf Academy and spent four years with the Nicklaus/Flick Golf School, working within some of the most respected teaching environments in golf. His experience alongside legendary instructor Jim Flick helped shape a teaching philosophy centered on the individual golfer rather than trying to fit every player into the same swing.

Bruce believes great instruction starts with the golfer in front of him. Instead of teaching one model swing, he works with each player’s natural abilities and tendencies to develop a swing they can understand, repeat and trust on the course.

His expertise extends well beyond instruction. Bruce has been fitting clubs for 30 years and has been a Certified Fitter with eight different golf equipment companies throughout his career. After decades of fitting golfers and evaluating equipment, Henry-Griffitts is the fitting system he chose.

That combination of instruction and fitting allows Bruce to look at the entire picture: how a golfer swings, how their equipment performs and how the two work together.

“I help you with your game, as well as your swing.”
