Eliel is a competitive pickleball player and coach with a passion for helping others grow in the sport. With a player rating of 5.116, Eliel is a right-handed player who brings versatility, adaptability, and a humble attitude to every match. He also speaks Spanish, allowing him to connect with and support players from diverse backgrounds.

Eliel discovered pickleball around 2020 after first seeing people playing at a sports complex in New Braunfels, Texas. What started as curiosity soon developed into a passion for the game. Today, what he enjoys most about pickleball is the competition and the opportunity to keep improving over time. For Eliel, pickleball is a sport where there is always something new to learn, a skill to develop, and a challenge to overcome.

On the court, Eliel is known for his versatile playing style. His flexibility allows him to adjust his strategy while staying composed and competitive during challenging matches.

Beyond his skills as a player, what truly sets Eliel apart is his humility and approach to coaching. He believes every player has a unique style, strengths, and potential. Rather than forcing players to change the way they play, he works with their existing abilities and helps them build upon what they already do well. His goal is not simply to teach players the “right” way to play, but to help them discover the right approach for their individual game.

Eliel also believes that confidence is just as important as technique. He strives to make sure every player who steps off the court leaves feeling more confident in their abilities than when they arrived. Through patience, encouragement, and personalized guidance, he helps players recognize their strengths, improve their weaknesses, and trust their own game.

For Eliel, pickleball is about more than winning points or improving a rating. It is about competition, continuous growth, and helping others become the best players they can be—while remaining true to themselves and their unique style of play.
