Meet Coach Carl Earnshaw, former USA Pickleball Ambassador for Hampton Roads (2013–2021) and a dedicated advocate for growing the game. Since retiring, Coach Carl has continued developing engaging pickleball programs for both public and private clubs.
His coaching style centers on FUN through play, creating an environment that builds skill, confidence, creativity, and emotional resilience. Players learn faster, stay motivated, and enjoy every minute on the court.
