Maximum capacity: 24 teams and 48 players.
Tournament Format
Each four-team division receives exclusive use of two courts.
Guaranteed Matches
Every team plays:
• Three round-robin matches
• One semifinal
• One medal match
• Five guaranteed matches
Scoring
Round Robin
• One game to 11
• Win by 1
• Standard side-out scoring
• Maximum 20-minute court block
Semifinals and Medal Matches
• One game to 11
• Win by two
• Standard side-out scoring
• Gold and bronze matches played simultaneously
If a match reaches its time limit, finish the current rally. The team ahead wins. If tied, play one deciding rally with a coin toss or paddle spin determining first serve.
Seeding Tiebreakers
Standings are determined by:
1. Match wins
2. Head-to-head result
3. Point differential
4. Total points scored
5. Tournament director’s coin toss

Costume Contest
Costumes are highly encouraged, but they must permit safe movement and court visibility.
Categories

Give each category winner a sponsor-provided prize, PoP gift card or free Open Play certificate.
Safety Rules
Costumes may not include:
• Masks that restrict vision
• Loose capes or fabric that reach the floor
• Hard or sharp accessories
• Props carried during play
• Footwear other than court-safe athletic shoes
• Real food
Players can remove unsafe accessories during matches while preserving the primary costume theme.
