Meet Jeff Hermon | Golf Performance Coach at 3RED Golf

Jeff Hermon spent much of his professional career leading technology and business operations, but golf was always more than just a hobby. It was a passion that eventually became his purpose.

At 49, Jeff set an ambitious goal: earn his way onto the PGA TOUR Champions. Starting with a 10.1 handicap, he began documenting his journey on YouTube through Chasing The Tour, sharing the challenges, breakthroughs, and lessons learned along the way.

As his journey gained attention, something unexpected happened. Golfers began reaching out for help with their own games. What started as a personal pursuit of improvement evolved into a passion for helping others become better players.

Determined to bring the same dedication to coaching that he brought to his own game, Jeff earned his Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Golf Level 2 certifications, developing a deeper understanding of how the body moves and how physical capabilities influence the golf swing.

Today, Jeff combines technology, data-driven instruction, physical performance, and real-world competitive experience to help golfers of all skill levels improve. His coaching philosophy is simple: Understand your swing, train with purpose, and build a game that performs on the course.

Jeff continues to compete in tournaments, refine his own game, and pursue the goals that started it all.
